Erika Shirer - President
Erika is one of the founding members of the Razorback Women's Hockey Club. Erika grew up in the Dallas, TX area and played for the Dallas Stars Elite AAA program. She committed to play NCAA D1 hockey at Penn State University with her twin sister. After her freshman year, she transferred to Arkansas and has been a crucial piece in the creation of women's hockey at Arkansas.
Andrew Falls - Director of Recruiting
Andrew grew up in the Nashville, TN area and played collegiately at McKendree University. He graduated with a bachelor's in sport management and has worked in front offices of the St. Louis Blues, Nashville Sounds, and Knoxville Ice Bears, He has been a coach with the men's team since 2018 and is a USAHockey Level 4 certified coach. He lives in Lowell, AR with his wife Hannah and two children, Lily and JJ.
