Razorbacks Welcome Nora Rench To Fayetteville

The Arkansas Razorbacks are excited to announce that defender Nora Rench has committed to the University of Arkansas for the 2025-26 season. Rench comes to Arkansas from Wheaton, IL and the Chicago Hawks 19U AA program. She will be pursuing a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Rench chose Arkansas for the opportunity it will give her for her major and sports. Nora said she got started in hockey with her dad who took her skating. She served as an assistant captain on 3 different teams, won the Illinois state championship twice, and qualified for the USAHockey National Tournament.

The University of Arkansas Women’s Hockey team plays in the American Collegiate Hockey Association. The 2024-25 season will be the team’s first season as a member of the ACHA competing in Division II. The team’s schedule can be viewed here.
