Hogs Sign Illinois-Native Elise Coleman

The Arkansas Razorbacks are excited to announce that defender Elise Coleman has committed to the University of Arkansas for the 2025-26 season. Coleman comes to Arkansas from Pingree Grove, IL and the Team Illinois U19 AAA program. She will be pursuing a degree in Nursing.
Coleman got into hockey after watching her brother play. She chose Arkansas after falling in love with the campus and surrounding area. Coleman has also played for high profile organizations such as the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals AAA and Chicago Young Americans AAA programs.
The University of Arkansas Women’s Hockey team plays in the American Collegiate Hockey Association. The 2024-25 season will be the team’s first season as a member of the ACHA competing in Division II. The team’s schedule can be viewed here. All home games are played at The Jones Center for Families in Springdale, AR.
