Our Story

Collegiate hockey has been present on the University of Arkansas campus since 2007, but a new age begins in 2024. Started by a few members of the university with a passion in advancing the women's hockey game. Razorback women's hockey launches as a member of the ACHA Division 2 for the 2024-25 season. We are ecstatic to bring the first ACHA women's hockey team to an SEC school, and to offer more opportunities for women to continue their hockey careers.

Our mission is to provide a safe place for women to advance their academic, athletic, and professional careers. We strive to enrich the lives of all women we come in contact with and to create strong leaders in the community.

Our Goal

The Arkansas Razorback Women's Hockey Club will practice and play at The Jones Center in Springdale, AR, just 20 minutes from campus. With weekly practices, workouts, video sessions, and a 16-20 regular season game schedule, we strive to be a nationally competitive team from Day 1.
